Entry to mysale can be from filling registration form by putting valid email address and secured + confidential password. At this email address confirmation activation mail will be sent. Clicking on the link will make the account active within 24 hours after reviewing.

Buyer
- He/she should be not less than 18 years of age. If less than 18 use site under permission and supervision of parents.
- He/she must read agree and comply terms & condition before registration.
- He/she is most privileged user of mysale and all services are FREE of charge.
- He/she is advised to make use, participate and contribute our review/rating system for trustable deal for both party.
- He/she is advised to use our escrow payment system for dispute less deals. In this system your money after every purchase will remain in mysale custody till we get safe and satisfactory mail from you for receipt of item from seller. Incase you are not satisfied return the goods to seller and your money will be returned after deducting applicable nominal charges after confirmation of sellers email of satisfactory return receipt.
- He/she can easily attain the status of featured buyer by paying 5euro/month and enjoy facilities like Free SELF Advertising, 2% discount of buying on every purchase from featured sellers .
Seller
- He/she should be not less than 18 years of age. If less than 18 use site under permission and supervision of parents.
- He/she must read agree and comply terms & condition before registration.
- He/she is advised to make use, participate and contribute our review/rating system for trustable deal for both party.
- He/she is advised to use our escrow payment system for dispute less deals. In this system buyer money after every purchase will remain in mysale custody till we get satisfactory mail from buyer for safe and satisfied receipt of item shipped by you. After receiving mail money will be transferred in your account after deducting mysale commission plus nominal escrow and transfer charges. Incase buyer is not satisfied with product then money will be returned to buyer after receiving safe and satisfactory return receipt mail from you.
- He/she can list unlimited items FREE of charge for 1 Months. Please note that your sell price will include item price + shipping charges + 10% commission of sale price. After 1 month each listing will cost 0.5 euro for unlimited time.
- He/she can attain featured seller status by paying 25euro/month to enjoy facilities like unlimited listing for unlimited time, featured membership on good reviews, Free advertisement of business identity and entity on mysale, Free and priority participation in Pro Buyer post need feature. They will be charged commission 5% only.
- He/she as featured seller has to offer 2% compulsory discount on sell price to featured buyers of mysale
- He/she must ensure that items listed at Mysale are ready instock for immediate delivery to buyers prescribed destination after a deal.
- He/she is advised to have clear cut documented competitive pricing policy and shipping policy available for buyers reference with each listing.
Pro-Buyer
- He/she should be not less than 18 years of age. If less than 18 use site under permission and supervision of parents.
- He/she must read agree and comply terms & condition before registration.
- He/she is most privileged user of mysale and all services are FREE of charge.
- He/she can post their customise needs with budget and time. The qualified seller will bid on them with quality delivery to buyers place.
